Our Los Altos apartment is right next to the David Leadbetter Golf Academy, driving range and par 3 golf course, perfect for your golf holiday accommodation in Spain.

The accommodation is all on one level on the ground floor with lift access from underground parking right to the front door. Guest's privacy on the complex is protected by security gates which can be remotely operated from the apartment.

The accommodation has been furnished to a very high standard by a local interior design company and for your comfort both A/C  and heating are provided throughout.

The accommodation has a spacious living area with sofa seating and dining for 6 people, satellite tv, dvd and cd hi-fi system. The patio doors open out onto a large terrace overlooking the beautiful pool area with a backdrop of the whole golf resort, the Sierra de Mijas and the coast. This terrace has been furnished with a large table and chairs for outdoor dining. A selection of dvd's, cd's, books, board games and travel guides are provided for your enjoyment and relaxation after your day of golf.

The kitchen is well-planned, complete with granite work surfaces, a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen leads out to an enclosed courtyard where there is a well equipped laundry area complete with washing machine and a further table and chairs. The courtyard gate opens on to a private garden area which overlooks the driving range and coast beyond. perfect for sunbathing in the afternoon sun.
