Rates and Availability

Rental rates shown above are per week and are charged in pounds sterling. Sunday changeover is preferred but we are usually very flexible with changeover days so that you can make the most of cheaper flight options. Additional nights ie. 8, 9 and 10 night stays are usually possible and are calculated on a pro-rata basis, please ask.

Short stay breaks are charged as shown below:

We can provisionally reserve dates for you whilst you arrange your flights. A non-refundable deposit of £150 per week booked is required to secure the accommodation and the balance is due 8 weeks before departure.

A caution deposit of £150 is also required along with your final payment. This is repayable to you at the end of your holiday as soon as we have confirmation from Spain that no damage has occurred.
